As a pediatric sleep consultant, I offer two options for working with me to help your child learn to sleep well.

1-Time "Ask Me Anything" Call
This 1-hour Zoom session will help me understand your child’s current situation and provide tips to enhance their current schedule, bedtime, and ability to sleep longer stretches at night. This session is best-suited for children who have previously been sleep trained, have slept through the night before but not consistently, or who are moderately good sleepers who just need a little extra support.

2-Week Sleep Coaching Package
For children who struggle with short naps, no naps, bedtime, and multiple night wakings - even extra-challenging cases! With a Zoom coaching session, a detailed written plan specific to your child, and two weeks of daily text support, I will help you make naps, bedtimes, and overnights a breeze. Help your child reach their sleep goals with targeted and personalized coaching from me!

I will personally walk you through the plan step-by-step, ensuring that you feel completely confident in teaching your child to be an amazing sleeper - from start to finish.
You’ll never have to feel alone or unsure during sleep training - with daily text support from me for 2 weeks, you’ll always know exactly what to do.
